Cookie Policy
Version 2.1 — 20 August 2026
Translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the takafg.com website and in the Taka mobile application, what they are for, and how to control them. It supplements the Privacy Policy, which describes all processing of personal data.
A cookie is a small file placed on your browser by a website. Depending on its purpose it may be "strictly necessary" for the service to work, "functional" (remembering a preference), or an analytics / advertising tracker — the last category requires your prior consent.
2. Our position in one sentence
The takafg.com website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. The only cookies set are strictly necessary or purely functional: that is why you are not shown a consent banner — the law does not require one for those categories.
3. Cookies used on takafg.com
No other cookie is set by the site. If we ever add an analytics tool, this page will be updated and your consent collected beforehand, as the law requires.
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language you pick in the language switcher so the right version of the site is served on your next visit. Set only if you change language. | Functional (consent-exempt) | 1 year |
| better-auth.session_token (or __Secure-better-auth.session_token over HTTPS) | Keeps the authenticated session of the administration back office (/admin). Never set when browsing the public site. | Strictly necessary | Session |
| taka_admin_locale | Remembers the interface language chosen by a back-office operator. Never set when browsing the public site. | Functional (consent-exempt) | 1 year |
4. The mobile application uses no cookies
The Taka application is not a browser: it uses no cookies. Your session is kept in the device's secure storage and your preferences (language, notifications) in its local storage. The only technical identifier shared with a third party is the device token managed by OneSignal for push notifications, described in article 7 of the Privacy Policy.
Some screens in the application open pages of this website (terms, privacy, legal notice, contact) in an embedded browser: the cookies described in article 3 then apply exactly as they do on the site.
5. Controlling and deleting cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage website data;
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
6. What blocking them changes
Blocking functional cookies does not prevent you from browsing the site: your language simply will not be remembered between visits, and the URL (for example /fr or /en) will continue to determine the language shown. Blocking the session cookie, however, makes signing in to the back office impossible.
7. Third-party services and outbound links
Links to the App Store, Google Play or a social network take you to third-party sites that apply their own cookies and their own policies, over which the Publisher has no control. No tracking share buttons are embedded in the pages of this site.
8. Changes and contact
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new version date. For any question: support@takafg.com — DUCLOTDEV, 1 Allée des Hêtres, 74600 Annecy, France.
